I finally got around to ordering from RapidLED last week and my parcel arrived on Friday. As I found time over the weekend, I did a little work on the system. My order from Rapid was a solderless 48 LED dimmable kit with daylight controller. It’s a good thing I took my time with ordering as if I had ordered back when I received my MakersLED heatsink, I would have received their older solderless kit. This new kit is much nicer and easier to install.

First step was to find a long enough flat surface away from the kids where I could work on this:

LEDs are mounted now too 8-). Top and bottom rows are Cool White and the center is Red.
