The Belem has taken root well so I’ve finally filled the tank up with water and added all the equipment.
There are a number of ways that shrimp can be packed and sent. My preference is to use a combination of Kordon bags and solid plastic containers. Styrofoam boxes would be even better but I don’t always have some available to use.
The shrimp seem to be settling in well into the nano breeding tank
I used 1m sections of 25mm ploy pipe from the irrigation section at Bunnings. Cut them in 10cm lengths and superglue together. Due to the nature of the pipes, they will float in the tank so weigh them down with something. I used aquarium safe silicon and glued it to a piece of slate.
